Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using AgroFarmer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You need to provide accurate information when you register, including your full name, mobile number and, where requested, your email address and address.
You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

Using AgroFarmer

AgroFarmer is provided to help you manage your farm, fields, machinery, wallet and related activity, check market prices, and get advice through Farm Doctor. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access parts of it you're not authorized to use.

Marketplace and Agriculture Jobs

Marketplace listings — land, tractors, seeds, animals and other items — and Agriculture Jobs posts are created by users, not by STI. STI is not a party to any transaction, sale, rental or employment arrangement made between users, and doesn't guarantee the accuracy of a listing, the identity of a poster, or the outcome of any deal. You're responsible for verifying details and dealing safely with the other party before completing any transaction.

Market prices

Market price information in the app is provided for reference and is updated regularly, but prices can change quickly and may vary by location. Always confirm the current price locally before buying or selling based on it.

Farm Doctor

Farm Doctor gives general guidance based on the photo and details you submit. It's intended to help you make more informed decisions, not to replace the judgment of a qualified agronomist, veterinarian or extension officer for serious or urgent problems.

Wallet, transfers and withdrawals

Your wallet reflects your recorded balance and transaction history within the app.
Withdrawals are sent to the mobile number you provide; you're responsible for making sure that number is correct.
STI is not responsible for a transfer or withdrawal sent incorrectly because of information you provided.

Your content

You keep ownership of the farm data, photos, listings and other content you add. By posting it, you allow STI to store, display and process it as needed to run the app and the features you use, including showing your Marketplace or job listings to other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post false, misleading or unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, or use the app in a way that could harm STI, other users, or the app itself.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users, the app or STI at risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AgroFarmer is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, STI is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on market price data, Farm Doctor guidance, or a Marketplace or job listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use AgroFarmer after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chad.
